They use loud 7 digit codes to enter the room and to open the locker. You can hear the loud codes of other rooms too. Guests come back at 1 am and start at 5 am onwards. You couldnt sleep. Also, they have too many rules. For example no aircon between 11 am to 2 pm. People travel for different reasons and they want to enjoy their stay. Most of the staffs are unfriendly. I asked below bed due to fear of height and they said full. In fact one pod was vacant. I also asks to move on 2nd night when others check out and they says NO.
