We had an amazing stay. Every member of the staff is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond for you. I felt right away at home. The restaurant was more than i could have hoped for, and the room was perfect in every way. A special thank you to mervin, who remembered me from our first meeting and inquired about my stay as we were leaving. This demonstrates a great deal of care. The best five nights we have ever had at the conrad singapore centennial. Beautiful rooms, great service, and a great location! We could walk everywhere or take a taxi easily when needed. The hotel was immaculate. Breakfast in the main restaurant was fantastic with a great selection. The evening cocktail hour with a variety of delectables was very good. We would like to thank the following staff for making our stay extra special. Desiree, the concierge for all the great ideas, kye for taking us up the escalator to make sure we found our way to explore, and finally nik who came to the rescue when we had trouble finding an elevator. We highly recommend this conrad and look forward to returning sometime.

Pemandangannya benar-benar bangunan tua. Lobi di lantai satu sangat indah, tetapi pelayanan dari staf sangat baik dan mereka juga sangat antusias membantu kami memperkenalkan rencana lokal dan memberi kami saran untuk rencana perjalanan berikutnya. Kami memiliki penerbangan yang terlambat pada hari check-out dan resepsionis dengan ramah memperpanjang masa inap kami hingga pukul 18.30 (Lebih lama dari yang kami minta). Sangat dihargai. The team went above and beyond from the moment we began planning to ensure every detail was perfect. The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the service provided by the staff was impeccable. We would especially like to thank the wedding coordinator, christopher, and the banquet manager, dave, for going above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure that our wedding event went smoothly. Our guests were impressed by the venue and the friendly hospitality provided by the service staff. Christopher was also very helpful in resolving our minor incident after our wedding. I had a very delicious and enjoyable lunch at the Oscar today. Good atmosphere and great service from the staff. What surprised me was when i entered the hotel, one tall indian staff directed me to the Oscar. He told me to sit outside the Oscar as it is not yet open. He is cheerful, polite and courteous. Extremely impressed with his work attitude. Your staff are a very valuable asset in your hotel as their exceptional services have left a lasting impression on me. The floor manager welcomed us as soon as we stepped out of the taxi. Our status as a hotel member was recognized, and checkin went smoothly. We were given the option of waiting and receiving an upgrade (eligible with status) or early checkin. There were little treats waiting for us, and the room was fantastic. They checked in with us to make sure everything was fine throughout our stay. It was simple to check out. A true fivestar experience!.
