The property felt impeccably clean and comfortable, without any sense of age or wear. Particularly impressive was that there was none of the musty smell or damp odor that can sometimes be found in hotels in Singapore. Instead, the hotel lobby had a lovely floral scent, and upon entering my room, I was welcomed by a fresh and clean fragrance. The reception staff and housekeeping team were also very professional and courteous, making the stay even more pleasant. I had initially been concerned about potential noise from the Robertson Walk area at night, but staying on the 10th floor, it was completely quiet and not an issue at all. As expected from a top-class serviced apartment, everything was exceptional. It’s unfortunate that the property is scheduled for redevelopment, but for future long-term stays, I would definitely choose Fraser Group again.

The location is convenient to restaurants, shops, and a river walk. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very helpful. The pool and gym are also very good.

The hotel is in a great location, close to clarke quay and public transportation, and its simple to take a taxi outside the hotel if needed. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a month in december 2022. The staff was amazing, thank you dinh for taking care of us during our stay. They were helpful, accommodating and provided whatever we needed. There was a full kitchen, washer, dryer and toiletries provided, the staff made our stay as comfortable as possible. We took advantage of the property, swimming in the pool and using the sauna every day. They also had a childrens area, pool and playground that my kids and i also went to every day. Fraser also recommended a babysitter, who was actually dinhs wife and was wonderful with our kids. When we return to singapore, we will definitely be back to Fraser!.

We stayed in a 2bedroom room while traveling with 2 toddlers and 2 grandparents. Plenty of space and excellent conditions. The swimming pools are small but enjoyable. Breakfast is very skippable, but it is a buffet and close. Great location, although a little bit far from the net.

The location was perfect! Close to the mrt, buses, dining, and supermarket. The building and amenities were a little outdated, but the facilities and rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The rooms were serviced daily, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for a month in march 2022 and highly recommend it. Great location near the river with lots of restaurants within walking distance and a cold storage supermarket access the road. The only downside is that the rooms get a bit dated, for example there is no dishwasher or proper oven in the kitchen. The staff were amazing, being very helpful throughout our entire stay. Thank you to all the Fraser team.
