Great experience overall. Staff is very helpful and forthcoming. Pool is really nice for lap swimming. Gym has all it needs. The room was small but had a nice view on the river, where one was able to watch the wildlife of thr river. Only minus point is that one cannot open any windows and due to the small room, clothes tend to dry very slow (wardrobe is next to the bathroom)

The majority of the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were immaculate. Excellent access to walkways and cycle paths. It was a pleasure to visit the night markets. Grab transportation services were quick and reasonably priced.

At this hotel, i had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was clean, modern, and even had motorized blinds. It felt spacious for a solo traveler, and with clever use of mirrors, the room created a sense of space. Also, there were restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for essential needs without being overly crowded. The staff members were generally helpful. When i had a problem with the safe, they promptly sent someone to fix it. The reception and concierge staff were also friendly. However, there was confusion during checkin. The person at the counter told me the breakfast fee, which seemed odd. I did not book the room, so i doublechecked to see if breakfast was included, and she said no. So, i skipped breakfast for two days. During checkout, a different staff member informed me that my room included breakfast. I explained the situation, but they couldnt deduct the twoday breakfast charge and told me to grab a bite right away before my transportation this morning. This incident left a bad impression on an otherwise pleasant stay at the hotel.

Meski sempit Saya mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang nyaman. Pembersihan berjalan dengan baik dan nyaman. Lokasi sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun. Pemandangan malam di sepanjang kanal sangat indah.

My stay was made comfortable and pleasant by the staffs greeting and smile. The room is small but comfortable. It is clean and dustfree. The gym is open 24 hours a day. The lounge is where i relax and unwind. Check out the timetable for breakfast, tea and canapes. Oscar, jamy, and eswaran made my stay in the lounge comfortable. Always attentive to my needs. There are restaurants, cafes, and pubs nearby. If you need local food, you have to do some homework. Love the location, as it is far from orchard. Morning walk along the river to merlion park until mbs. What more can i ask for?.

Our staycation here was wonderful and relaxing on a quiet weekend. The room, although a bit small, made good use of space and was comfortable enough. The view was decent, but not the best as it was blocked by an apartment building. The location is good, a quiet side of the city, surrounded by a few bars, enjoyed a night walk here. The buffet breakfast was also good i liked omelette, bacon, Asian porridge and mee siam. The atmosphere at the publico was great. We went to the pool afterward, but it was very small and there was no direct sunlight at the time we went. The service was excellent and professional from start to end, which made us really enjoy our stay here! Thank you to the team for making it special!.

The service is excellent. The food and beverages served in the lounge are excellent breakfast, tea, and evening reception. The location is convenient to many bars, restaurants, and chinatown. Additionally, its close to excellent transportation. Not so good. The rooms are small, roughly the same size as the holiday inn express across the street. The pool area is also quite small. Overall, id give it a 4.5.

The team at this hotel provided excellent service throughout. The location is excellent, especially if you prefer to stay close to orchard while still being away from the bustling Orchard road belt. The only issue was that my room faced directly up to the condo, so i wasnt sure if the windows had tinted from the outside.

The breakfast was the biggest drawback. The breakfast spread and quality fell short of expectations. The menu was repetitive and more representative of a threestar hotel. The front desk personnel at the hotel were extremely welcoming and accommodating upon checkin and checkout. In particular, douglas and jonathan provided excellent service. With byredo amenities, the rooms are elegant, spotless, and incredibly cozy. We reserved two rooms with fantastic views.
