Excellent hotel, conveniently located near a bus station and arabian street, impeccably clean, spacious rooms accommodating three adults, and a delicious breakfast offering a wide variety of options. On the last day, we had a late transfer in the evening, and they graciously provided us with a spot to shower and change our clothes. We highly recommend this hotel!.

Pemandangannya tidak bagus, tetapi manajemen kamar dan layanan stafnya sempurna. Sarapan bervariasi, tapi menurut saya enak. Lokasinya agak ambigu. Memang tidak terlalu dekat dengan tempat wisata utama, tapi juga tidak jauh. Terlalu panas untuk menggunakan kereta bawah tanah di siang hari.

Kamar mandinya sangat bau kotoran dan staf memasang alat pembersih udara di dalamnya agar tetap menyala. Soalnya cukup berisik bahkan saat menutup pintu terdengar suara bising dan kualitas tidur kurang baik sama sekali. Namun, alat pembersih tersebut tidak banyak membantu karena, terutama pada malam hari dan meskipun pintu kamar mandi ditutup, bau busuk masih terasa. Kami juga beberapa kali harus meminta ganti sprei karena ada noda. Handuknya sudah usang dan terkadang berlubang. Alternatifnya adalah dipindahkan ke hotel lain dengan kategori lebih tinggi di properti yang sama, dengan membayar selisih sekitar EUR 500. Tampaknya tidak adil bagi kami karena masalah ini disebabkan oleh mereka. Bangunannya sangat membutuhkan renovasi, foto yang diusulkan tidak sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini. Sayang sekali karena ini adalah 5 hari terakhir bulan madu kami.

The entrance is quite inconvenient if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. You must carry your luggage via stairs. There is no housekeeping on sundays or public holidays, and the room wont be cleaned at that time. The front desk staff is very helpful. In terms of cleanliness, the room is 7 out of 10, and the size is 9 out of 10. I prefer a view of the bay area. This property is located on beach road, in front of many bars that enjoy nightlife, and quite close to the bugis area, about a 10minute walk away. There is a bus station right in front of the property.

The service staff here are really caring. Even though their facilities are a bit old, they have the best service in singapore. The staff greet us every time we pass by the front desk. They can also solve any needs first. Special thanks to elka and her team who run this place so well and with a great personal touch. So i wont go anywhere except parkroyal services suits singapore.

During our return visit this time, cinnamon always extends her warm welcome in the language of myammar. She provides me and my family with excellent service. The room was spacious. This time, they serve complimentary coffee, cuppucino, and tea in the lobby. Highly recommended.

Park royal exceeded my expectations! Cindy at the reception provided exceptional service, she was warm, efficient, and went above and beyond. A true asset to the hotel! Will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

I have been living here for 6 months (January - july). It was a great stay and the staff really made the apartment feel like home. Has a nice pool and gym plus the location is great with walking distance to the mrt and buses. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

I had a great time at parkroyal and would definitely come back. This property is an apartment hotel, and i had a great experience. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the location was ideal. Cindy at the front desk was really helpful, she always has a smile on her face!.

The hotel staff is also very friendly at the front desk, especially cinnamon welcomes us with a smile every time we enter, friendly and always full of energy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very nice hotel located in the middle of the city.

The front desk staff is very helpful. Cindy always smiles and greets people, and her colleagues are always there to help. Just across the street of haji lanes, with lots of food and cultural experiences. The best location you can find, whether for work or leisure.

I booked this place from september 14th to october 18, 2016. I liked the place because of the comfort and hospitality of the hotel staff. Even though my room doesnt have a view, the room was clean, organized, and comfortable. The air conditioning works very well, especially in humid conditions. The amenities of the hotel exceed expectations. I also enjoy their daily delicious brunch. I had easy access to transportation such as the metro and hop on hop off tour bus. I was able to walk peacefully on arab street. I would advise them to avoid using strong air fresheners in the hotel lobby. Instead, use jasmine or a mild scent that is less irritating to smell. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations. Budget is fine. Kudos to the hotel staff!.

We have stayed here a few times for work trips, its good accommodation with many conveniences of a hotel but also your own apartment with decent kitchen and cooking facilities. The staff are great, always friendly and helpful. Photo shows the view from our window!.

We stayed at park royal on beach road twice because it is close to the kampong glamping and mrt. The last time we stayed at the hotel. Our family is now bigger so we had to stay in a 2 bedroom serviced suite. Cindy at reception was very helpful and great with our kids. The only drawback to this hotel is the lack of ramp access at the main entrance for prams and strollers. There was an alternative route for prams if you used the bridge to the pan Pacific lobby, but it was a longer way around. If they put ramp access at their main hotel lobby entrance, it would be perfect for families with prams. Based on their location, great service and 2 bedroom serviced apartments, we will definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and they gave us wine and chocolates. The only downside was that the wifi was a bit shady. The breakfast buffet was great. The pool was amazing! Beautiful views of the singapore flyer. Refreshing cocktails. Recommended!.
