Crocksford was peaceful and quiet unlike the others which were crowded, especially for the check-in! Swift and smooth check-in, good service, and I had no issues requesting for a later check out. Swimming pool was smallish. Suite was beautiful, spacious, and had a great view! Love the bath tub and the steam bath in our room!

I must say one of best Hotel I've been to, complete with butler service totally beyond this world. Good location, near to all attraction on Sentosa Island and most important Universal Studio! Butler service available for walking-around, bath menu, ohya tips is a must :)

Aku tinggal disini sebagai hadiah dari saudaraku untuk ulang tahun istriku. Kami sangat terkejut ketika istriku, anakku dan aku memasuki kamar. Kamarnya sangat keren! Aku belum pernah menginap di kamar yang selayang dan semewah ini. Kamar mandinya juga besar dengan perlengkapan mewah merek Bulgari untuk sabun, sampo, conditioner dan lotion. Ada bathtub besar dan TV juga. Tapi saranku, mungkin bisa ditambahkan bidetnya. Espresso dan dua tea sangat membantu kami dan kami ucapkan terima kasih untuk timothy karena sudah menjelaskan mana barang yang disediakan gratis dari hotel dan mana yang bukan. Channel TVnya juga lengkap dan terima kasih karena saya bisa menonton liga primer secara langsung. Anita dari resepsionis sangat ramah dan sangat baik pada bayi kami, kami senang melihatnya. Terima kasih juga untuk manajernya, Lisa yang menjelaskan bahwa kami bisa menggunakan fasilitas kolam renang dari hotel lain, terutama hard rock hotel. Beberapa tips adalah vivocity terletak tidak jauh hanya satu tempat pemberhentian dari monorail, jadi kamu bisa membeli persediaan makanan dan minuman dari supermarket Giant. Jika tidak banyak pilihan restoran, terutama yang halal, kamu dapat membeli makanan di restoran vivokota atau seah im foodcourt yang terletak di seberang vivo City

Hotel ini sangat strategis, dekat dengan kasino dan tempat makan. Di bawah hotel terdapat toko serba ada dan air mancur. Makanan ringan dan buahbuahan serta koin cokelat disediakan di kamar kami sebagai kompensasinya. Jangan lupa meminta pas resepsionis jika kamu akan meninggal dunia karena kamu harus membayar $8 entrance fee untuk mobil dan jika naik kereta api dari vivo city tinggal menunjukkan pas saja. Harga memang tidak pernah bohong. Tempat sperti nyaman dan kamar mandi luas. Secara keseluruhan menyenangkan.

Saya mendapat hadiah menginap gratis selama 2 malam untuk ulang tahun saya di Hotel Festive di Resort Dunia Sentosa. Namun, yang mengejutkan kami adalah kami dipindahkan ke suite rockfords tower yang merupakan tempat Anda hanya dapat singgah dengan undangan. Lobi besar yang indah, kamar luas dengan sauna pribadi, bak mandi raksasa yang cukup untuk 2 manusia, TV ajaib layar tv sekaligus cermin rias dan area duduk yang nyaman. Apapun yang bisa kami meminta? Bahkan Anda bahkan bisa meminta pelayan untuk menyiapkan bak mandi Anda di menu mandi dan kami meminta momen romantis. Sangat disiapkan dengan indah. Plus Anda mendapat fasilitas Bulgari! Dan ruang uap Anda sendiri.

Menginap di di sini membuat liburan saya di Singapura tidak terlupakan, karena kamarnya luas, bantal empuk dan bathtub yang menawarkan berbagai aroma dan treatment. Dalam 1 hari kami diperbolehkan 2 kali meminta treatmen tersebut. Anda bisa memanaskan steam di kamar mandi dan juga kamar mandi dilengkapi dengan TV.

Hotel yang bagus, luas, furnitur baru dan berkelas. Toilet luas ada fasilitas mandi hujan dan juga bathtub yang sangat cantik. Lokasi di area resort dunia sentosa hanya berjalan kaki ke kasino dan universal studio singapore. Kelemahannya adalah harganya sangat mahal. Cocok untuk para kelas atas yang sedang berlibur bersama pasangan atau keluarga.

The rooms are great but due to COVID the buffet breakfast was not available. Unfortunately the replacement was very disappointing. The food was very 2nd rate and obviously lacking any thought. Sausages were tasteless, For the price paid we would have been much better off going to McDonalds or the closest hawker centre.

Service staff were excellent. We stayed on the 8th floor and the supervisor in charge of housekeeping on that floor made us feel very comfortable. He always had a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. We were traveling with young toddlers and he brought grapes instead the next day with the thought that kids would like that better. Only downer to our stay was that we were only able to get our room at 4+pm, and that the bath tap was leaking (but they got it fixed the next day). Overall, excellent location within RWS and front desk + service staff are one of the friendliest we’ve come across.

The picture is a scam. Totally different from the picture. Room is no where similar to the picture. Only the bathroom looks the same. This hotel is so weird. They have to check my NRIC every time I enter. Many inconvenience. They cannot even serve wine glasses. Only disposable paper cups will be served. They cannot serve bottle opener too. No in room dining available too. The price is not worth at all. Other hotels during this Covid period do serves as per usual and they do not check NRIC every single time I enter. Just normal Safe Entry will suffice. But this hotel is really weird. The room is not as per picture too. Please update your pictures.

久しぶりのセントーサ。チェックイン時間より早めに着いた。受付の人は目頭押さえてめちゃくちゃ疲れてますアピール。部屋は準備出来てないから指定された時間に戻ると15時チェックインだと言う。いや知ってるけど時間指定してきたよね？各フロアだと思うが灰皿付きゴミ箱がある。エレベーターのボタンのところにあるから子供には近づけさせなかった。廊下に糸くずやゴミがずっとある。とにかく５つ星じゃないよね？？？
