I stayed at this hotel for a long time and used it. Its not bad compared to other hotels nearby. The room is a bit larger than the surrounding hotels, and the price is very affordable. The staff are very kind and very good at solving problems. Hotels in singapore are not cheap. There is a formality of hospitality, but this hotel gave me a very good experience.

Ukuran penginapan ini kecil dan berbentuk merpati, dengan isolasi suara yang buruk dan tidak ada air kemasan yang disediakan. In general, this hotel is suitable for staying in this area of singapore for a reasonable price. Its fine if you need to be close to nus by foot. The staff is friendly and does their best. Located near several restaurants frequented by nus students and a convenience store. The rooms are not luxurious and a bit small, but thats what you get for this price in singapore.

The room is not very large but very clean and the staff are nice. The commute is convenient as there are bus stops right outside the hotel. There are few restaurants there but not many affordable food options nearby. Overall a good stay there.

I recently spent four days and three nights here over the weekend and realized that some reviews on application might not be that fair for this hotel because some reviews compare it to a 4.5 star hotel. The hotel looks a little dated, with stained toilet ceilings and paint chipping along the doorframes, a slightly rotted wood in the toilet, and oldlooking carpets. However, there are a few things that have made my stay enjoyable, and they are deserving of four stars in my opinion. The checkin process was quick, and all necessary information was given to me. The checkout process was also quick. Although the room may appear dated, it is actually very clean and comfortable. The beds are sufficiently firm to my liking, the air conditioning is cold enough, the toilet is clean, hot and cold showers are controlled with thermostatic valves similar to what was used in the uk, and the jet spray is powerful. Clean bath towels, face towels, and floor towels are also provided. Body soap is provided chemically without feeling harsh, disposable toothbrushes are of decent quality, and flouride free toothpaste is provided. The hotel also provides free water bottles, coffee, and tea. There are disposable slippers available. The windows are properly sealed, so i can rest assured that no bugs or insects can enter. Free parking is available, and this is one of the few budget hotels that offer parking. Room cleaning service is excellent. I didnt feel uncomfortable with the cleanliness because the entire place looks very well maintained and cleaned. The firstfloor lounge with cold air conditioning and a waiting area. Affordable, and i will definitely return in the future.
