Any additional people that are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to stay.
Guests are required to contact the property to declare the purpose of the stay prior to check-in. If no declaration is made prior to arrival, the booking will be rejected upon arrival at the hotel in the event that the hotel is unable to accommodate the guest(s) under government rules. Guests can state the purpose of their stay under “Special Requests” when confirming their booking.
Guests must provide a valid form of physical government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. The property does not accept digital identification as a valid ID proof of identity.
Refundable Deposit & Disinfectant and cleaning:
A refundable deposit of SGD 100 will be collected upon check-in by cash or credit card.
In the event if cleaning and disinfectant is required for the room, the cost will be borne by the guest.
The property does not provide bell services. Guests are required to bring their luggage to the room upon check-in.
The property has a strict no-party policy.
Transfer services is not available at this property.
After closing for renovation, we are now open. Check out our newly renovated guest rooms and the brand new Cafe Lodge.
In effect from 1 February 2022, we only accept guests who are fully vaccinated.
Please note that we are upgrading our Café Lodge's facilities from 17 February to 30 April 2025 to serve you better.From 17 February to 9 April 2025, all meals including breakfast will be served at a pop up indoor dining area at the lobby next to Café Lodge.We seek your understanding that the seating capacity and menu offering will be curated to fit a smaller dining space during this time.Café Lodge's seating area will be available from 10 April 2025 and the full menu offering will be available from 1 May 2025.
