After a very long and hot experience at the best bridge, we arrived. The staff was friendly and polite, there was plenty of room even for our caravan. They also gave us a very large and lovely room. The food was delicious, and the I option was fantastic value for money. The entire channel was working, the work area was useful, the room was roomy and tastefully decorated. The furniture in the public areas was original and tastefully put together. I heartily endorse this country hotel to all travelers.

The conditions of the room were really good. The room was also comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. The service was satisfactory, however, the TV channels are broken, so please fix this. Even though the bedding is very old but it's spotless. A great hotel in a lovely setting.

We visited the new hotel over the first weekend in November as a family, 3 adults and 2 small children. The new hotel rooms were completely spotless, the most comfortable beds, modern finishers, small personal touches and such friendly service from all the staff. We had a great restful weekend away, enjoyed delicious cooked food and a place we definitely will be visiting again.

When we stayed here, we had an amazing experience. But it wasn't easy because the condition of the bathroom basin is very rusted and also the indoor windbreaker needs to be replaced. Next time we will have dinner there as we are on a special diet. The staff is also very helpful.

I think this is a new trend and wonder if I will support such a place in the future. This place has a sort of exotic charm because it is situated in a beautiful garden with a sparkling pool. The restaurant was quiet and featured standard dishes like burgers, tramezzinis, and fish and chips. We waited quite a while for our food to arrive and werent expecting much. However, my chicken burger was excellent moist chicken breast, hand cut chips, and delicious pumpkin as well. My husbands beef burger was also enjoyable, and everything, including wine, is fairly reasonably priced. Friendly service completed the picture. The only negative aspect of the whole experience and management is to blame for this was that when we paid our bill by credit card and added a tip the waiter answered dont even bother to include a tip, I wont receive it. We had the same experience at the kgalagadi lodge. I do think this is a new trend.

The check in was poor as communication between Hotels.com and the hotel was non existent,my reservationwas not received by Avoca ,I think hotels.com is to blame here.Security guards at the establishment were very rude and unfriendly. Rooms were very comfortable and clean,the establishment was very peaceful

Rooms were clean and looked good. All the staff members are very friendly and gave great service except Portia, she seems unfriendly. Any issues I had were addressed and resolved. Only problem is the rooms have no mobile network at all but the WiFi helps. The restaurant has good food but takes a long time to prep meals so I would go there for a holiday and not a business trip.
