It was amazing,the guest house is beautiful and quite and we enjoyed our stay,the staff was very good and showed us around,the place is near the airport,malls,and I will definitely visit soon,it was nice tidy,clean and their breakfast was good also.Prices are good for their service I like it Thank you for the hospitality again

The hotel is one of three venues. We were not informed of this and as a result arrived at the wrong venue although it was in the area was where we wanted to be. We were informed that our accommodation was at another address some distance away. This was not suitable so after some persuasion the manager gave us a room in his establishment which was available due to a cancellation. This room is smaller than the one which we had booked but as it was only for two days we decided that we would make do. The room is in need of some repairs and maintenance. The toilet seat is broken and held in place by a piece of string (I kid you not). The shower drain cover is broken. The toilet roll holder and towel rail are loose. The bathroom extractor fan is terribly noisy. The bedroom ceiling fan is loose and in danger of falling onto the bed. The door leading to the mini-fridge is loose and sagging. The paint on the walls of the passageway leading to our room is in bad condition probably due to water damage. At least one cup of the crockery in the breakfast area had a large chip in it. The venue in general appears to be run down. So I will not use this particular venue again.

General condition of the room can be better. Small spiders everywhere in the room. No proper light fitting. But for the price it was reasonable accommodation. Great for specific business if you are spending most of the day away and just need roof on top of your head

We were there for a conference for six days but we only slept there for one night because the hotel had already taken R1000from our account the place was dirty and showers from next door were very noisy and room too small for us .When we arrived guest were not prepared for staying the night

They are not using the shower and I did not like the bath tub. It is worse they never cleaned it until 3rd night when I complained. Worst of all I forgot my wrist watch in the room, when I got back to the room it was nowhere to be seen up until today and nothing happened either than a statement that their staff never took guest's staff. Surprisingly every dirty staff in the room was left lying around and my watch was missing. My room was dirty for my liking from my arrival date. I stayed for 3 nights, their cleaning was making the bed and put towels whilst the room is not using the shower. Mind you we were two, then how is the second person to take a bath because the tub is dirty and there is no provision made to clean it. The place was dirty.
