[ ] A breakage deposit of R500 cash is requested on arrival, returned should property be left in clean mint state as was found with no breakages ( Refunded in 48 hours of departure )
[ ] Please don’t smoke inside the house
[ ] No candles - we provide load shedding lights that stay on limitedly even during load shedding.
[ ] We, unfortunately, have no control over load-shedding and neither provide generator nor is there any aircon or heaters provided aside from fireplace - wood at own cost.
[ ] Refunds according to booking.com terms, it lies on the guest to view the property before hand should they wish, to determine if it is their style or not. Unfortunately, No more special refunds
[ ] Parties are on arrangement only.
[ ] Please do not litter, All refuse must be disposed of in provided refuse bags.
[ ] Provided Bathroom towels are for bathroom use and not pool.
[ ] Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite.
[ ] Guests will be held liable for any unauthorised entry and loss due to negligence
[ ] Keep lights switched off during the day
[ ] Necessary steps are taken to ensure the property is secure, the establishment shall not be held liable for any break-ins, theft, or criminal acts outside of our control.
[ ] Please close garages when leaving the suite.
[ ] Daytime reasonable number of visitors allowed, additional guests booking overnight must be booked and disclosed.
[ ] No car washes on premises, except on arrangement.
[ ] No excessive noise, or disturbing noise that might cause complaints from neighbours
[ ] Quiet hours observed from 8:00pm to 8:00am
[ ] No violence, fighting, assault physical or verbal please, spread love only
[ ] No illegal business or unlawful acts.
[ ] Gas stoves brought in by guests must be declared and a liability form signed on arrival. A levy may be charged.
[ ] For long-term rentals more frequent cleaning services can be arranged on request - a levy may be charged
[ ] Kindly do not use duvets or pillows without the duvet covers at any time
[ ] we reserve the right to request a small breakage deposit on arrival in cash, which will be refunded on departure
[ ] Late checkout will incur a charge
