Certain facilities carry a nominal charge for the use thereof; however, an “All Access Pass” may be purchased at check-in for all unit guests to enjoy use thereof during their stay. The resort also offers complimentary facilities without any charge. Please refer to the resort reception directly for further details.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 13 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak affecting South Africa, additional biosecurity measures have been implemented at the resort to safeguard the health of the animals on our reserve.All guests are kindly requested to assist us by allowing their vehicle tyres to be sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and by walking over a disinfectant mat upon arrival.These precautionary measures help prevent the spread of the disease and ensure the continued protection of the animals on the property.
Please contact and inform Dikhololo in advance should you be a late arrival or for arrivals on Sundays/Public holidays. Please take note that Sunday check-in times are only after PM 17:00.
Kindly note a conservation fee is charged per vehicle on arrival.
The property is currently going through renovations as well as selected unit refurbishments. Noise levels may fluctuate. The resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of ZAR 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that all group resorts will become cashless effective 1st September 2025. All payments at Leap Adventures, Food & Beverage outlets, Shops, and Body Bliss will be accepted via approved electronic payment methods only.
Please note that during the annual student week period (typically from late November to early December), guests under the age of 25 may only stay at the resort if accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the full duration of the stay. A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 will be required upon check-in during this period. If your booking for this period is not for the purpose of student rage week and you wish to make alternative arrangements, please contact our Reservations Office.
