The lavender guesthouse was amazing. The room was big, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The farm of the guesthouse was beautiful, and our room number 4 had an amazing view. They did not charge us for the late check in time given on their website. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety. The hostel is close to the main center of Fransckhoek, making visiting the city simple. I would recommend staying here anytime because it was a wonderful experience!.

This place is worth visiting and will be back. The fact that the manager was fake when making the reservation proved that you made the proper decision. A woman here is not your typical guesthouse manager, she and her coworker, the waiter, named Michelle, goes above and beyond to make sure that guests have a memorable stay. The view was breathtaking from every suite that faces the Franschhoek mountains. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone staying here was delighted.

To my surprise and dismay, when we came and were greeted warmly by chalk, the view is on the pool facing other rooms, despite the lack of a stem or bouquet of lavender when we arrived at the suites there was no stem or lavender flowers, and the view was on the pool facing other rooms. When checking out we wanted to go for a walk and asked tracker for a late checkout or at least a place we could changehower after it to visit the wine farms She stated it wasnt possible because guests were coming in. We understand left our bags and when we returned to retrieve them, we asked chalk to get them to change and he immediately gave us the room but said we couldnt take shower because the geyser was off because it was occupied for the week. The breakfast was good, but the room was cold and soulless. Neither power outage nor sense started at night. Bottom line is that the location being built like this could easily be improved with a little more personal warmth, which I assume will not cost much but can greatly enhance the customer experience.

I like the view from my room which has a view of the lavender fields. I would recommend this hotel to couples on a romantic trip. The location is very close to the city centre and the wineries.

What a lovely place to stay, quiet with beautiful views, ideal for walking or running in the morning and close to town. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with a terrace. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is generous.
