The receptionest Mr. Essential was a very hospitable staff who looked after our comfort very well, also the other staff members were good too. Very good environment specially the gardens and the room was attended well and clean, the only thing we would like to suggest to the Owner that the Television should be a bigger one at least in the Deluxe rooms with better DSTV Channels, otherwise the stay was very comfortable.

Convenient location for exhibiting at (or visiting) events at Gallagher Convention Centre, which is just across the road. I stayed in the newly renovated Oxford House block, in deluxe rooms, which were large and comfortable. Staff were friendly, rooms kept neat and clean. Only downside: I requested an Iron and ironing board, this required a R200 deposit, but the iron was crusty, leaky and decrepit.

Nice, hotel, the employees are really receptive, and meals also really good. If I could give a advice, I would say I would try to place a chair and a desk at the rooms for people that might need to work using loptops or notebooks from the hotel.

This hotel is in a very nice position. It is close to everything in the centre of this area. Everything is the same. The décor of the apartment is inconvenient. But, the food and facilities were very good.

A bigger conference venuewedding location in a sizable complex. Several smaller structures for various purposes with lots of parking. I was pleasantly surprised the room was actually great for me and very spacious, but my friends were given smaller rooms. High level of security. The front desk staffmanagement was extremely bad, they had no idea how to deal with a group of 100 foreign visitors. The food was average, but I must say that I ate the best mala pudding ever in this hotel! Nothing is next door to this hotel, but the Mall of Africa is within walking distance. Buildings with three floors have no lift, so I had to carry my suitcase up. The biggest drawback is that the rooms have doors with space, allowing noise from the hallway to enter. The hotel was good, but some staff are lazy.

We stayed over for business purposes and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation provided. The hotel had a Balinese and Indonesian feel to it which made us feel like we were back in Bali. Very good serviced rooms. Good location and close to the Mall of Africa.

The room was clean, with a nice mini bar fridge. The downside was that there were no microwave ovens in the rooms. They had us sorted out through the restaurant. Wi-Fi was a problem for me. The check-in process was very simple with extremely friendly staff. The one man was the one who stood out for me, and his name was essential, and he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was pleasant.

I had a wonderful visit. The grounds and the structure of the buildings were both pleasing to me. The rooms were spotless and cozy. Essential was extremely helpful whenever we had questions. The gym has everything I needed and the beds are comfortable. The food was also of very high quality.

I had to request for a bedside lamp, and the one that was put in the room did not work properly. Otherwise our stay was fine, food good and staff were really helpful.

This is a grand old lady. A bit run down, but quite charming. I had hand painted walls in the bedroom, a beautiful view from my own verandah, and a huge Cleopatra bath. The site rambles on like a little European village.
