Every single staff member was professional, friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and spacious with a comfy bed, just what was needed after being on the road. Breakfast was a feast, an array of dishes to choose from, and all beautifully presented. We made use of room service for dinner and the meal arrived promptly, warm and tasty. Highly recommended if you’re stopping over in Bloemfontein.

Having the staff working hard to maintain and maintain the hotel ambience at Boumfontein is an honor. The hotel has a very friendly, welcoming, kind, and caring atmosphere that will make you feel at home here. Besides that, it provides excellent food, good lodging, and the environment is cozy. I had excellent service from the moment I arrived at the airport to the time I was dropped off once more. From the moment I arrived at the airport, everyone was friendly and professional. The snack platter was a pleasant surprise and a pleasant touch. Everyone was eager to please and gave the highest quality service. Even the chef introduced himself, which really impressed me. I really got 5 services in this business. Absolutely no complaints. Bravo to Marc and his wonderful crew! You guys really understand what service delivery is all about, not just the room, food or conference facilities.

The room layout was so small and nice. The bathroom was so beautiful and the location was so far away from the wall. The wifi connection was so slow.

Despite being in a crowded area of the town, it is peaceful. Save parking which is easily accessible by the main road. This hotel and rooms have been renovated and deserve at least four stars. The staff is very friendly and the assistance is personal.

The negative of the hotel: airconditioner in room is extremely noisy, can't open window as people standing directly underneath at 1am in the morning having a group gathering talking and laughing at the top of their voices. This went on for a few hours. Asked reception to be moved to another room but they were full. Food was exceptional done by Shorty, Service by Hendrick and Omthiele(sorry name spelled wrong), as well the reception girls, actually, all the Staff were super amazing, kind considerate can make jokes they were a pleasure, even the Manager was nice.

The hotel itself is great for an overnight trip, rooms are large and comfortable and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was closed due to low occupancy and the location isn’t great though.

Reasonably good hotel. Location not the best due to proximity to a filling station and a few dodgy businesses Towels were stained and looked unappealing so i went out to buy my own. Also found female hair on the bathroom floor when i walked in for the first time

no sockets in bathroom for shaver or electric toothbrush. Had shower used towel. When wife went for shower realised no towel. Only had one towel. Took 20 mins to get a towel by which time it was too late. Went to dry hair the hairdryer couldn't be taken out of the drawer as it was jammed. Had to get another hairdryer. No fridge in the room. Unbelievable. Lack of toiletries. Only hand soap.

My client said that the venue is clean (bar a feint whiff of urine at reception), and the rooms are nice but the service was terrible. Their systems were down so it took over an hour to check in, and another hour to get the restaurant bill. I have been asked to never book that hotel again.
