This is an excellent location on the va waterfront in the Silo district. Great location for bars and restaurants, etc. The Red bus for city tours stops right outside. Compared to other hotels in the area, it is extremely fair. Numerous airline crew members remained here. Red's furniture tries to appeal to millennials, which is why most items on the menu at the Oui bar reminiscently include avocado!, but it is all very clean and useful. Just loses a star for me because I feel slightly annoyed that this hotel does not and never has I have ever done anything for madison rewards premium or higher members. Regular travelers should be aware that madison operates the worst loyalty program in the industry, with a shocking overnight devaluation of points last year and benefits that never seem to materialize even after they begged for. This cuts through this hotel because you will not be recognized, get an upgrade, and get the advertised fi discounts, and I had to pretty much beg for a rp instead of 12 pm check out, which was ultimately granted. I know this hotel is always busy, but other chains are fairly bad on this. I should mention that all madison rewards members receive a welcome drink, which was nice, but even if youre a base level member who has never stayed with them for one night. Also, it means you can't charge your room

This hotel is trendy, and I will never come back to this hotel again, especially for the hotel's prime restaurant. I didn't like the crowed roof when enjoying the pool area, which was a bit filthy and smelly. There is a lot of choice for breakfast. The room was great, the bathroom had a shower, the king bed was very comfortable, and the mattress and pillows were all spotlessly clean. The only negative thing is the table legs, who chose to have a table with narrow, inclined leg for this small area to walk around? It is a danger.

The location is strategic, located near the waterfront, there are safe locations for all the attractions and the cruise ship terminal is a short walk away. For us, this location was quite convenient because it was our two night pre-cruise in Cape Town. There is a reliable power generator backup here that sets off immediately if the power outages occur in cape town. The room was clean, the layout was modern, the internet was stable, and the hotel provided a decent wifi option and they even let us store the luggage after the trip for free. Sadly, this is an uncommon practice in South Africa.

What a fantastic find. When I walked in, the hotel staff was friendly. I immediately questioned whether I was the eldest member of this establishment, and the manager suddenly appeared out of nowhere to deny my existence! The prices are reasonable, the location is great, the breakfasts are delicious, and the list goes on. The accommodation is contemporary, but the time is still in my teens. Excellent rooftop bar with a view that occasionally can be windy. Ill definitely stay there again. Book a room with a breakfast buffet and order your hot part the portions are large. Service is polite and courteous. Everything is near the seashore, exactly where you want to be. I appreciate you having a fantastic experience.

Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay! Madison red, what a great find. After a 30-day cruise, we stayed there for a week. As soon as we got there, we were spoiled. The personnel was fantastic, including the concierge, restaurant, and front desk. The accommodations were clean and modern. On Friday nights, the rooftop bar is busy! The location couldn't be better, being right on the Va waterway and easily accessible to most things we required. The breakfast was excellent, and the portions were generous. If I returned to Cape Town, I would definitely return.
