We loved our stay in the hotel, its a new hotel, clean and good facilities, loved the Spa and communal pool areas. Beautiful views across the mountains. Room was very comfortable with a lovely spacious en suite. Staff were always very helpful.

Excelente hotel, a equipe de funcionários foi muito atenciosa. Quarto e banheiro amplos,uma varanda maravilhosa. O café da manhã possui muita variedade,frutas,suvos,yougurtes,pães, bolos,café, capputino e bacon,salsicha, e alguns pratos da culinária local.

Lugar maravilhoso. Quartos bem limpos, funcionários super gentis e educados. Café da manhã também é um show a parte. O único ponto “negativo” foi o jantar, achamos demorado, mas considerado meia pensão, vale super a pena. No geral recomendo muito o hotel e os passeios na região. Super aprovado.

Had a last minute stay here when my mother in law needed emergency care at the hospital. It’s really the only option when you need to check in last minute and after 10 pm. I can’t say enough about how lovely, accomodating and patient the front desk staff were. The grounds are Lovely, beds super comfy and pools very refreshing. We usually stay in smaller bush b and b’s in Hoedspruit. But if you’re looking for a more luxurious resort style break this place is top notch.

Top Location, excellent Travel desk, great architecture, nice rooms. Breakfast good choice, evening buffet so so. Some staff (reception etc.) very friendly and caring, but some especially in the restaurants not. Travel desk was extremely helpful and flexibel in organising tours. Bad experience in the Restaurant Pegasus - in terms of staff and food quality. However a very nice experience.

There was a slight lack of attention to detail. There was some rubbish in the corridor and it was still there 3 days later. When I got a table in the restaurant I was put on a table with no serviettes or cutlery. In the end I had to take the ones from a nearby table. The buffet breakfast and evening meals were very reminiscent of an all inclusive resort. Also its location is a bit too far away from the town to be able to walk to the local restaurants

I thought it would be better to move to the Radisson on New Year’s Eve. Wow, what a total mistake! Slow, confusing, and disorganized service. When I arrived, I was offered either a New Year’s Eve dinner or a reservation at the hotel restaurant. I chose the restaurant and asked them to book a safari for the next day, but I needed information because I would be leaving the hotel at 11 a.m. After two hours past my reservation time, I still had to wait another 20 minutes just to get information. Meanwhile, they told me the reservation didn’t exist and kept asking, “But for how many people? All day? Who booked it for you? We don’t have that here.” Remember the hotel I booked for the dinner? The plan was for them to pick me up at 8 p.m. No one showed up. I went to one of the hotel restaurants to ask if it was there,they said no. I went to reception, and no one knew anything. Finally, someone took me to my reservation and, guess what, it was the very same restaurant I had asked at the beginning. At that restaurant, I had to look for a table myself, get up to grab a menu, walk to the bar to order food, get up to ask if it would take long, and get up again to ask for the bill. Checkout day bonus. They hadn’t booked my game drive. It took 1 hour for them to find me a new one. So I waited in the lobby from the agreed time (5 a.m.) until 6 a.m. And finally, at checkout, I informed them that there had been an accident and I broke a glass, and they charged me 200 rand.
