1. This property offers three booking options: Room 1, Room 2, or the entire family unit. The entire family unit comprises both Room 1 and Room 2 and accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. Room 1 and Room 2 each accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. The entire family unit and the individual rooms are alternative booking options and should not be booked together. Guests booking Room 1 or Room 2 will have access to their private room and share the common areas, including the kitchen and living room, with guests staying in the other room (if occupied). Room 1 includes the use of a private bathroom located across the hall. Room 2 includes a private ensuite bathroom.2. Bookings are valid only for the number of guests confirmed. Extra guests, including daytime visitors who remain overnight, must be approved by the host in advance and are subject to availability. Approved additional guests will incur an extra charge. Unapproved guests may result in additional fees or cancellation of the booking.3. The property’s motorised gate closes automatically after a short period and does not have a safety sensor. Please ensure you and your vehicle pass through the gate promptly to avoid it closing while you are entering or exiting.4. By staying at the property, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for using the gate safely. The owner, host, and property management accept no liability for any damage to vehicles, personal property, or personal injury resulting from the operation or misuse of the gate.5. Please be aware that access to the apartment is via a staircase fitted with safety railings.6.
