This is one of the best 4 star hotels I've ever stayed in. Usually hotel rooms make me feel homesick but our rooms was so beautifully decorated and that made me feel at home. the hotel and the room were spotless and this is something I'm very particular about. The breakfast and dinners were all buffet style but with a lot to choose from and a varied menu in the evenings. I follow a special gluten free diet and had no lack of choices. Do hire a car if you plan to go on safaris and explore the garden route like we did. This was our first time in South Africa and we also walked around the surrounding streets and felt very safe. the boardwalk shopping centre is within walking distance and the Hobbie beach as well. There is a Jacuzzi sized pool on the hotel roof which is lovely for some private sunbathing

I could not fault this hotel, the room was luxurious overlooking Nelson Mandela Bay, It was like having all my dreams come true. The bed was gigantic . The staff were friendly and attentive at all times , the restaurant was superb with so much choice and everything cooked to perfection. There is nothing to dislike and I had such a good stay here.

Sea views were mostly hidden behind the salt spray on the windows and even then it was just a glimpse if you stand right at the window. Room was spacious but noise from showers and taps did carry through to the bedrooms.
