The staff were excellent, Felicia and her team were helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and pleasant, and the night is relaxed without any interruption. The complimentary bottle of bubbles was a treat.

The Garden Venue Team was a wonderful help in organizing my wedding. They were so knowledgeable and make it wonderful. Despite having a lot of difficulty, they were careful to follow through on everything I ordered. My wedding was incredibly stunning. You were amazing in noni, brenda, charmaine, and siimba. I want to express my gratitude to noni for always being so quiet and making sure my wedding and me were properly taken care of. Again, they were so professional. It was extraordinary. Even Noni and Brinda had an aid in taking care of my baby, the finest service ever.

It turns out that we have attended friends' wedding anniversary in May 2022. We really enjoyed the event and the venue. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to serve customers. The event was great with police from Cosmopolitan City keeping us well entertained. Keep it up..

Our wedding was perfect for the hotel andie, kevin and the fantastic garden team because of your passion, patience, attention to detail, and love. The hotel thank you for turning the world into the most spectacular winter wonderland any bride could ever dream of. Andie thank you for spending the day by my side and for the incredible service and incredible energy during our wedding day. You are truly incredible! Kevin thank you for your excellent oversight and dedication to providing excellent service to every single guest at the wedding. I want to specifically thank the incredible food, lively carmen, incredible do, and first-rate waitresses and waiters. We cannot thank you enough for the value you added to our wedding.

we used the place mainly to sleep over as we have spend most of our time at silver star casino. the beds was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

To be honest we will definitely NOT book here again or attend a function here again. We only booked here as a friend was having a function here and we did not want to drive home after the function late at night. The rooms have no air conditioning, it is winter and the rooms are very cold. Their was a wall heating panel which was cracked in half and thus dangerous to use. No minibar in the room. A tray with coffee and tea in the room. No bottle water in rooms. No telephone in the rooms either so you have to walk to reception if you wanted anything. The bathroom ceiling shows some mold and looks very warned down. The bath and shower mats were not clean either. They only supplied a small bar of soap at the basin and no other shampoo or toiletries available either. The rooms also do not have a dressings table or hairdryer to use so we ended up with wet hair in this cold weather. The breakfast was a disappointing experience as the food was cold plus it is very limited. They do not cater for vegetarians at all. When asking for extra hash browns as a vegetarian does not do bacon, sausages etc you can’t have as we were told they only cater for one per person and even if you don’t eat the rest of the stuff you cannot ask for more of the other breakfast stuff. The drinks from the bar was also extremely high priced as paying over R30 for a 200ml soda is ridiculous to say the least. The grounds and gardens are pretty but will not stay here ever again.

I did not enjoy the stay. I had to ask 3 times for an iron. Other guests did not follow the rules wrt noise which went on till after 12, inconsiderate of other guests and the staff did nothing to address this, so overall not a nice stay.
