Tropical island experience hartees

The estate sets the rule on loud music/sound which is set at 10pm. Generally as long as things are kept reasonable it is ok but guests must respect that excessive loud music or noise after 10pm will be an issue for the estate and Us as hosts.

Small pets are allowed but NO large animals which include large aggressive dogs of any kind especially pit bulls, dobermans, shepherd, boar bulls etc. There is no garden fencing as well. Any guest found to have brought these types of animals will be asked to leave immediately.

No DRUGS of any kind are allowed on the property.

No more than 9 people are allowed in the property at anytime.

Absolutely no more than 9 adults are allowed. Children under the age of 8 is allowed up to 5 .

Guests agree to bring their own wood .

No outside party companies and or events that include hiring DJs, catering companies or adult entertainment type of events are allowed. These are strictly not allowed.

We expect there to be a certain amount of rubbish left behind and unmade beds etc. This is normal . We would however expect a level of decorum and respect of the property where by rubbish is not left lying all over the house such as ash, cigarette butts and all other manner of things. Please use the trash bins and make use of black bags.

Guests agree to fill out a very short and brief form of yes or no answers upon checkin to confirm basic satisfaction standards such as cleanliness and whether the property meets expectations.
