[Air conditioner and Heating system]
Heating and cooling is a central control system, and depending on the season, only air conditioning in summer and heater in winter are operated, so heating in summer and cooling in winter are unavailable. In the room, you can only turn ON/OFF/temperature control of the heating and cooling system.

[Adults only]
Accommodation at Hotel AMANTI Seoul is only available for check-in to adults aged 19 or older, or minors accompanied by a legal guardian. All guests' IDs are checked upon check-in. Please note that if any guest is under the age of 19 without a legal guardian, their stay will be refused.
For swimming pool use, adults aged 19 or older can access the pool during all operating hours. Minors aged 3 to under 19 may only use the pool during Part 1 (10:00~16:00) and must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Infants under 36 months are permitted to enter the swimming pool area with a guardian, but are not allowed to enter the water for saftey.

[Popular facilities information]
URBAN PARADISE, our popular outdoor swimming pool, operates exclusively during the summer season (late June to early September). For comprehensive information on operating hours, usage fees, and specific regulations, please refer to the hotel's official website.


[Deposit System]
For a comfortable stay, we require a deposit via credit card (debit cards are not accepted). If you do not have a credit card, a cash deposit of KRW 300,000 is required. If no issues are found upon check-out, the pre-authorization will be cancelled without actual charge, and your information will be deleted. Thank you.
Fines will be imposed for room damages, including those related to smoking or party items inside the room.All hotel guests are required to present identification and credit card information for deposit purposes (for age verification and damage guarantee).
In case of damage to the room due to smoking in the room or party supplies, compensation will be charged.

[Free parking for the room guest]
Free parking tickets are registered for one vehicle per room in the underground parking lot (height limit is 2.3m). Please inform the front desk of your vehicle number upon check-in. (KRW1,000 per additional vehicle 10 minutes, up to KRW30,000 per day, up to 60,000 won for 2 days 1 night)

[Children's rules for each room type]
One infant from 0 to 23 months can stay for free except for the maximum occupancy per room.
One child from 24 months to 9 years old can stay for free in the Deluxe Room and Royal Suite, but cannot stay together in the other room types. When there are two children, only the youngest child 24 months to 9 years old can stay for free. For other children, please check the room as an adult.
Children over 10 years old, please check the room as an adult.

Standard Double, Standard Twin, Emily Suite Triple, Emily Suite Twin and Amanti Suite are only available for the same number of people per room, including adults and children. (One infant from 0 to 23 months can be used together)
For the three types of Deluxe Double, Deluxe Twin and Royal Suite, you can bring one child under the age of 10 in addition to the standard 2 persons. (Accompanying only, without amenity or extra bedding)

[Luggage storage]
Free luggage storage before check-in date and check-out date after check-out. (Items that require delicate storage, such as food, may be rejected.)

[Early check-in]
Before 09:00: Please make an additional reservation for one night.
9:00 - 15:00: Only when there are ready-made rooms, 20,000 won per hour is charged. Please inquire at the front desk for availability and rates.

[Late check-out]
12:00 - 16:00: Only when there is a room, 20,000 won per hour is charged. Please inquire at the front desk for availability and rates.
After 16:00: Please reserve an additional night.
