Check-in instruction
We ask all visiting customers to present their ID cards, and use may be restricted if they refuse to verify their ID pursuant to Article 29 (4) of the Youth Protection Act. We ask for your understanding. Please understand that admission may be restricted in the case of reservations for children under the age of 19, and cancellation or refund may be difficult due to this. A fine of KRW 100,000 will be imposed for smoking in rooms and buildings, and additional expenses related to deodorization may be charged for smoking in rooms. When you arrive, please show the name of the reservation holder or a text message confirming the reservation in the lobby on the 1st floor to help you with the check-in process. Room information may be changed due to the closure situation, and we will not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.

Room rates and personnel matters
All room rates are based on two-person rooms, and for signature rooms, an additional fee of KRW 20,000 per person is required if more than two people enter. Please contact us in advance for a hotel reservation when making a group reservation. Additional bedding and extra beds are not provided, and additional charges may occur if you stay for more than 30 minutes after entering the room for more than the standard number of people.Early check-in and late check-out will incur an additional charge of KRW 20,000 only if there is an available room on the day of check-in and check-out.
