- Regulations related to room maintenance (cleaning)
- In addition to ESG campaign practice management for environmental protection, the accommodation fee includes only room cleaning costs for new guests' first check-in.
- Room rate does not include room makeup (replacement of linen).
- We provide one room makeup service if you make a reservation for more than four nights. We provide one room makeup (replace linen) every three nights.
- We only replace water, towels, and amenities when making a reservation for up to 3 nights, so please request the front desk if you need it.
- In addition, if you request cleaning, you will be charged 20,000 won per session. (Contact to Front)
- You can watch Netflix/YouTube/Disney+ (login to your personal account)
- Air purifier in the room
- Cooking is only available in the Premier Double Citibue room. Cooking, such as tempura and fish, is absolutely impossible.
- Room amenities: free Wi-Fi, individual heating, air conditioning, 43-inch TV, coffee pot, desk, free water, hairdryer, refrigerator, bidet, closet, table, air purifier, styler
- Bathroom amenity: From January 1, 24, disposable amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, etc.) will be paid for environmental protection and can be purchased at the front / All-in-one body shampoo and soap will be provided only.


- Parking Location: Hotel's on-site tower-type (mechanical) parking, with capacity for up to 74 vehicles.
- Parking Fee: One free parking space per room.
- Usage Information: If the hotel parking lot is full or the tower parking lot is unavailable, please use the public parking lot in front of the hotel (subsidy of KRW 5,000 per night).
- Parking Information:
1) Mechanical Tower Parking: Check-in time is 3:00 PM - Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Parking after this time is free. Additional fees apply.
2) Vehicles ineligible for parking towers: Vehicles with a length of 5m or more, a width of 2m or more, a height of 1.5m or more, a gross weight of 2 tons or more, vehicles with an inability to fold side mirrors, and vehicles with a ground clearance of 200mm or less. Sedans and SUVs of the mid-size class or larger, as well as electric vehicles, are not permitted to park.
3) After 10:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 PM on weekends, you must enter and exit the parking lot yourself. (Hours may vary)
