Reservation Notice
* Early check-ins can be checked at the front desk on the same day depending on the room maintenance situation and the amount of the empty rooms.
* It is possible to pay 20,000 won to 30,000 won on-site for the basic early check-in charge. 10,000 won will be charged per late check-out time.
* Check-in guests are free for summer opening at the swimming pool. Outsiders: adults/children (ages 3 to 18) charge is 15,000 won. Jeju residents adults/children charge will 10,000 won
* Information on additional accommodation charges
Free for children under the age of 3 / 15,000 won per person aged 3 or older to 12 or younger / 20,000 won per adult aged 13 or older

Pet Policy Guide
*Pets are only allowed in the pet deluxe double room.
*For dogs weighing less than 10kg (up to two), an additional charge of 20,000 won applies when two dogs are admitted.
*You must provide confirmation of rabies vaccination within the past year.
*Completion of a consent form for the guardian is required for the dog's entry during check-in.
*Dogs under 3 months of age are not permitted.
*In-room provisions include: house, tableware, waste bags, disposable pads, and snacks.


Room guideline:*Reference number: 2 persons, maximum number of persons: 3 persons (additional bedding is required when staying more than the reference number) *Additional bedding: 15,000 ￦ per night (including VAT) *All rooms are non-smoking. (If you smoke in the room, the fire sensor will be submitted to the first security team, so if you smoke, you have to pay 50,000 won for washing bedding and an additional one-day compensation room fee.) *We prohibit the use of induction in the room for fire prevention and comfortable stay. Thank you for your understanding. *We do not provide one-off amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste and Vanity Kit in the room due to the practice of the "Plastic Zero" campaign for environmental protection. *Please purchase it at the front desk if necessary. *There are two basic bottled water, and you have to purchase it per additional bottle. *In-room towels are prohibited from being brought into the swimming pool. (You can get beach towels after paying the rental fee at the swimming pool desk.)
