The gym was old and the equipment here was outdated. The room didn't have any room service, and you also couldn't bring food to the restaurant in your room, so they couldn't serve it properly. The food price was really high. They closed the men's spa for the rest of the year. Ac wasn't working properly due to the heater turning on. Very kind employees.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I'd go back and give them a chance to improve. If the staff had done a little more to improve the situation, I would have given this property a better rating. First of all, Brian, the nice man in the receptionist, was very helpful and made the most of our lodgings. The accommodations were without a doubt better than I would have anticipated from a great western. Excellent room service was provided, and everything was spotless and comfy. In the not so good, we were unable to eat at the dining hall. Every time we tried, there was a particular event going on that prevented us from sitting there. The rooms did not feature a microwave. When I went downstairs to prepare a quick meal, the attendant instructed me to go across the street and use the convenience store. This is inadmissible. It would have been nice if the sauna had been open. The workout area was subpar. Learning that there were exciting food options in the vicinity was exciting. All you needed to drive a little. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. This hotel is a very close to the industrial area so that's okay if you plan a business trip. The restaurant closes at 8.30 pm during the week, which is a negative. Also because there aren't many restaurants near the hotel where you can have dinner. Would appreciate it if it was open until 9.30 PM. The room evaluation was good. far from the city center, by car 2030.

Three days of trying to get the laundry done. All hotel guests receive one washer and dryer on 14 floors. The staff are excellent, the rooms are never cleaner, and the hotel is appealing. The price is too high for the cuisine. Pay for breakfast, everything is already cold when it first opens. The menu is not extensive, and again, the quality is very low. In the end, if you like fresh clothes, don't stay here for more than a few days.
