■ Guests must present a valid physical ID upon request. Entry will be denied without a valid ID, and cancellations or refunds will not be provided. (Photos or copies of IDs are not accepted.)
■ Only original physical IDs, passports, or driver’s licenses are accepted. If you are unable to present a valid ID at check-in, your stay may be denied and no refund will be issued.

■ Cancellations and refunds are not available on the day of check in.
■ The hotel is not responsible for lost items. Found items will be kept for one week from the date of discovery, after which they will be discarded.

■ Damages or stains to walls, sofas, or floors will result in compensation charges.
■ For fire safety, the use of open flames or candles is strictly prohibited.

■ Check-in must be completed before 5:00 AM. If you expect to arrive later, you must contact the hotel in advance. (Arrivals after 5:00 AM will be considered a no-show.)
