Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate reservations may occur and reservations may be canceled.
In the event of a simple change of mind or cancellation due to customer circumstances, a cancellation and refund fee will be applied.
If you smoke in the room, you will be charged a special cleaning fee, a refund from the next customer, and a claim for damages due to the inability to sell the room.
No refunds will be given for admission to minors who are not accompanied by an adult.
Pets are not allowed in the room.
Cooking and the use of fire are prohibited in the room to prevent fire. (For long-term stays, please request a separate consultation)


When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. This applies to A single booking with multiple rooms or Multiple bookings made under the same account.
[Check-in Information]
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
* Check-out can be extended by up to 3 hours for an additional fee of KRW 10,000 per hour.
* The extension may be limited depending on availability and circumstances on the day.
- Check-in instructions will be sent to the registered mobile phone number on the day of check-in.
- The office is located inside the first floor.

- Guests under the age of 19 are not allowed to stay.
* If this rule is violated, the guest will be required to leave immediately, and no refund will be provided.

[Property Information]
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
* Luggage can be stored at the office on the first floor.
- The maximum occupancy of each room, including infants, must not be exceeded.
- In-room amenities: refrigerator, dining table, hair dryer, and washing machine
* Some rooms do not have a washing machine. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the 11th floor.
- Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap

[Additional Charges]
- Additional guest: KRW 20,000 per person per night, payable on-site
- Additional bedding: KRW 20,000 per set per night, payable on-site
- Additional guest and bedding: KRW 30,000 per night, payable on-site
* After 5:00 PM, additional bedding must be collected directly from the office on the first floor.


[Parking Information]
- Parking location: Self-parking facility in the hotel basement, from B2 to B5
* More than 400 parking spaces are available.
- Parking fees: One vehicle per room can park free of charge.
* Grand Suites can park up to two vehicles free of charge.
* An additional fee of KRW 10,000 per vehicle per day will apply for extra vehicles.
- Additional information: EV charging is available on B5, and SUVs are allowed.
* Maximum vehicle height: 2.0 m

[Long-stay Information]
- Fresh towels and bottled water are provided free of charge every day.
- Room cleaning is available once every three nights.
- Please request cleaning in advance, at least one day before the scheduled cleaning.
