- Minors unaccompanied by an adult are not allowed to check in, and refunds will not be provided.
- No refunds will be provided for unused reservations without prior cancellation.
- Failure to observe basic etiquette, or any behavior that causes harm or discomfort to others, may result in forced removal from the property.
- Cooking and the use of open flames in the room are prohibited for fire safety reasons.

- All rooms are ondol-style rooms.

[Check-out Reminder and Important Notices]
- If check-out has not been completed after the check-out time, we may contact you via the in-room phone or your mobile phone.
- If you would like a late check-out, please contact the front desk in advance. It is available for KRW 10,000 per hour, up to a maximum of 3 hours (2 hours on Saturdays and Sundays).
- Pets and companion animals are not allowed.
- If damage occurs to tiles, wallpaper, or other room facilities due to rearrangement of the mattress, furniture, or electronic appliances, compensation may be requested.
- All rooms are non-smoking. A penalty of KRW 100,000 will be charged for smoking in the room.
- Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate bookings may occur, and reservations may be canceled in such cases.
- If you are informed that the room is unavailable, please contact customer service.
- For reservation changes, please contact customer service. Changes may not be possible or fees may apply according to property policy.
- If we are unable to contact you due to incorrect contact information, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
- Cancellation/refund fees will apply for cancellations due to change of mind or personal reasons.
- Check-in and refunds are not available if the maximum occupancy is exceeded.
- If you plan to check in after 22:00, please contact the property in advance.
- Guests are responsible for compensation for any damage to or loss of property items, according to property policy.

[Housekeeping for Consecutive Nights]
- As part of our green campaign to help protect the environment, for stays of up to 2 nights, only amenities, bottled water, and towel refills (to be collected from the front desk) will be provided. Bed linen will not be changed.
- For stays of 3 nights or more, full room cleaning including bed linen change will be provided free of charge only upon guest request.
- If you do not need housekeeping, please inform the front desk in advance.

[Room Key and Check-out Information]
- A fee of KRW 10,000 will be charged for lost room keys. Please keep your key safe.
- At check-out, please complete the check-out process and return your room key at the kiosk.
- An additional charge may apply if check-out is not properly completed.
