This place is not recommended. Our room was great. Even though the deal he had made for this place was not worth it. Perhaps it could be excellent. But it is not. The pool and rooms are pleasant enough, but there are so many flaws. There is no place to sit outside on the ground floor of the patio. In the bathroom, there is a sign about saving water, but our towels were changed. We left for the day and discovered that the air conditioner was full in the evening. Not really eco-conscious. Breakfast is not tasty.

The location is good but a bit out of town, as I've said before. Booked a nonrefundable day visit, left after only 11 nights and checked into a Marriott. Housekeeping and food need improvement I frequently had to request toilet paper and shampoo shower gel when both were clearly empty, and I was sometimes left without towels or a duvet cover, all of which were worn candor soiled the toilet seat also unattached itself during my stay. Other guests could be heard from my room, particularly if you stay next to the stairs and wifi can be spotty with calls dropping frequently. The food menu is limited and basic, and having to order the night before and specify seating timeevery reasonwould have been a nuisance if the staff hadn't been so nice, the only redeeming quality of mangosteen. Nevertheless, there was never someone at reception indicating understanding or inefficiency. Customers were frequently venturing into the kitchen for assistance.

I spent about 325, 00 per night with a ticket. com promo. I was astonished by the standard of this hotel, its cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and the peaceful atmosphere. I will come back to stay here once more.

Very nice hotel, modern, charming, and very clean. The stay was very friendly, especially the receptionist who is very friendly and professional and we hope everything goes well with the baby.

Mangosteen is my second stop, my first visit wasn't as good as my second, and I believe a number of factors contributed to that. But I like to see the bright side, there's improvement here. On my first visit, I remained in room 103, there are so many areas that need to be fixed, even the door lock is broken. On my second visit, I remained in room 102, which is even better, I hoped for complete improvement. The location is wonderful, though it's a little out of the way, but I enjoy the tranquility and the daily walks because there are hardly any pedestrians there, so be careful when you are walking there. The staff is kind, especially the girl's name, she is very kind and courteous. On my second visit, I chose to have breakfast at a different location because there are so many lovely huts and cafes close by. Wifi needs some improvement, one area they need to improve is WiFi. Wifi is slow and improperly working.
