[Check-in Information]
Front desk, 34th floor, open 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (contactless operation)
★Contactless check-in/check-out (available from 9:30 AM - 12:00 AM)★
1) On the day of check-in, a check-in text message (room number and door lock password) will be sent to the contact information you provided at the time of reservation around 3:00 PM. You can check in directly without any additional procedures (please confirm the text message on the day of check-out).
2) On the day of check-out, please separate your trash and food waste. Simply send us your room number and check-out text message to check out without any additional procedures.
3) For luggage storage and any inconveniences, please visit the information desk on the 34th floor (T. 051-746-7466).
4) For check-ins after 9:30 PM, please inquire in advance. 5) If you do not receive check-in instructions due to missing or incorrect contact information, compensation for non-check-in will not be provided.


[Parking Information]
★Pre-registration is required / Your vehicle number will be sent to the mobile phone you received the password for upon check-in.
- Parking Location: Elbon The Stay building's underground parking lot and the hotel's mechanical parking lot (capacity: up to 180 vehicles)
- Parking Fee: KRW 11,000 per night, one vehicle per room, payable on-site (bank transfer)
- Parking Information:
1) No entry or exit from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day.
2) Maximum length: 5,205 mm, width: 2,100 mm, height: 1,900 mm, weight: 2,300 kg.
3) Large vehicles such as Carnivals cannot enter the parking tower (please park on the sideline to avoid obstructing traffic).
4) Tesla parking is not permitted (please park on the sideline due to weight restrictions). All other electric vehicles are permitted.
5) If the parking lot is full, use a nearby parking lot (no parking fee support).
6) The underground parking lot is closed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Self-parking is available on the first floor. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur in the parking lot.


★ Rooftop Infinity Pool will re-open in June 2026.
- Operating Hours: 10:00 ~ 21:00
- Usage: Available only to customers who have purchased a Pool Package (20,000 KRW payable on-site for additional guests beyond the standard 2 people)
