Due to the winter season, from November to April, the property's Infinity Pool and Family Pool will be closed. Hot water operating facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, adult pool, and jacuzzi will operate as usual.
It's not available to stay if the maximum number of people is exceeded

As the hotel is located in the Gotjawal forest area of Hallasan Mountain, mobile phone and Wi-Fi connections may occasionally be unstable depending on the telecommunication provider's network conditions.

Room assignment is made only based on on-site conditions on the day of check-in, and guests are not allowed to choose or request a specific room. As a result, a room located far from the lobby may be assigned.
