1. Boiler operation hours and air conditioner
- Late-night electric boiler operates from 10 PM to 8 AM (Gudeuljang-style, operates daily in winter)
- Boiler operation period is November to mid to late March (based on an outside temperature of 15 degrees), (operation upon request outside the period)
- Electric blanket provided (provided upon request)
- Air conditioner remote control distribution period (provided upon request outside the period) Early May to mid-October
2. Room amenities
- Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toilet paper, hair dryer, towel, mirror, refrigerator, water, descending life line, multi-tap next to the bed
- Folding table provided / Paper cups placed on the first floor water purifier
- No coffee pot (5 of them are provided, and they will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis upon request)
- No gowns or shower towels (shower towels are provided as disposable upon request, and will not be provided if sold out)
- No phone in the room
- No charger (will be provided upon request)
- Additional towels are provided on the first floor after checking in to all rooms
- The refrigerator cord is unplugged to save energy as the electricity does not turn on and off when entering or leaving the room
- Indirect lighting (mood lighting) is attached to the bed frame and will not be provided as it is scheduled to be replaced.
- Non-slip slippers are provided in the bathroom.
- Please be careful as the floor may be slippery after showering (We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur)
3. Room facilities
Check-in time 4 PM Check-out time 11 AM (extension fee KRW 10,000 per hour, KRW 20,000 for 3 hours)

Extra blankets are not provided when using a standard bed room.
Water purifier and paper cups in the lobby on the 1st floor, microwave ovens in the hallways on each floor
Netflix (own account) and YouTube are available in all rooms.
Bringing crabs, red crabs, and spicy fish stew into the room and eating them is absolutely prohibited (if brought in or eaten, 1 night's accommodation fee will be charged the next day for ventilation for more than 24 hours)
Smoking (all rooms are non-smoking)
Cleaning and laundry fees will be charged in case of severe damage to items, bad odors, or bedding contamination!!!
Barbecue is not allowed, personal appliances are prohibited!!!
If the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy, an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per person per night will be applied. Exceeding the maximum occupancy and adding extra guests is only allowed for one person. Children under 36 months are also counted as one person. For example, in a room with a maximum occupancy of 2, a child under 36 months will be included in the headcount. (EX. If two adults and a child under 36 months stay in a room with a maximum occupancy of 2, an extra charge of 30,000 KRW per night will apply.) (EX. If two adults and a child under 36 months stay in a room with a maximum occupancy of 3, there will be no additional charge.)

5. Parking lot information (30 cars available)
Building interior + ramp in building + dedicated parking lot
If there is no parking space in the building, there is a parking lot dedicated to the birch hotel Duirumpentel right next door.

Smoking areas are smoking areas next to the parking lot + ashtrays on the stairs on the 3rd to 6th floors
