Guest Information
• Check-in is not available after 11:00 PM, and in such cases, cancellation and refund are not possible.
• The 3-bedroom unit accommodates a standard of 8 guests (maximum 20 guests), and the 2-bedroom unit accommodates a standard of 4 guests (maximum 8 guests). If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 per person will be charged and must be paid on site.
• If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 per person will be charged on site.
• Room rates vary depending on the number of guests, and the number of guests must be confirmed upon check-in.
• Minors are not allowed to stay or share rooms.
• If a reservation is refused due to minors sharing a room, cancellation and refund are not possible.
• If the reservation is canceled due to the partner's circumstances, a 100% refund will be provided.
• Room information may change due to the partner's circumstances, and the company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by such changes.
• Same-day reservations cannot be canceled or refunded.
