For the daily hank fee, it is in the more expensive range. You anticipate more than less for your financial expenditure. The location was easily located, which was no easy feat for some of these hank addresses. The hostess lucy is very helpful. It is in a great location, close to Changdeokgung palace. The breakfast was varied and excellent. Those are the benefits. The baby in the hank was a neutral factor for me, but some people may not like the break in the quiet expected from such places. On the downside, there was no hot water on one day. Dusting could use a bit more work. The most worrying thing was the cluttered look of the common area. It didnt appear smart but dingy, with shower curtains that were poorly covering old furniture and the like, a babys toys in a large box taking up space, etc. In the end, when paying at the highest end for a hank stay, there is a certain expectation what the hank should be like, which is especially true if you have had earlier hank experiences.

The location is convenient close to Hank Village and its easy to visit palaces. The guesthouse provides a chance for travelers to experience residing in a traditional home in Seoul. The owner was also accommodating and helpful with our inquiries. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. They provided free breakfast and let us try hanbok. We liked how this guesthouse offered visitors the chance to experience living in a traditional house in Seoul.

Its a wonderful experience to stay in a hanok. Despite being hidden in a small alley, the location is still accessible by foot 10 minutes from anguk station. The bathroom and room are quite small, but they are immaculate. We can try to wear hanbok and eat the delectable korean traditional breakfast. We appreciate our hosts, lucy and penny, for their warm welcome and assistance in making our stay comfortable.

Overall, there are nicer guesthouses out there for roughly the same cost. Nice and tidy. large room for two people with nice heated floors at night. WiFi is excellent. The host is usually a woman, but the day I was there, her mother only spoke Korean. She made delicious rice cakes in the morning. If you are hungry at night, there is tea and crackers. The downside is that the walls are thin, and the babies are crying and other people talk all night long. Although the shower is unusually placed, it has good heating and pressure.
