Parking Information
•Mechanical parking tower available / KRW 10,000 (per night, pay on-site)
•Parking is not available for restricted vehicles, including large vehicles, SUVs, and some electric vehicles.
•Cancellations and refunds due to parking restrictions are not allowed, so please make sure to check your vehicle size before booking.
•As parking space is limited, guests are recommended to use public transportation whenever possible.

Complimentary Breakfast for All Rooms
•Operation Information : 428 Restaurant on the 1st floor / 07:30–10:00 (Last entry: 09:30) /
•From June 1, 2026, complimentary breakfast will be provided to all staying guests. A simple buffet breakfast will be served, including bakery items, jam & butter, cereal, juice, and coffee. (The menu is subject to change.)

Restaurant Benefit Information
•Guests can receive a 30% discount on restaurant menu items for lunch and dinner at all times. In addition, complimentary draft beer is provided to staying guests every day from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, so we hope you enjoy this benefit.

Disposable Amenities Information
In accordance with the government policy on the prohibition of free disposable amenities at accommodation properties, toothpaste & toothbrushes, slippers, and razors are not provided. If needed, they can be purchased from the vending machine on the 1st floor of the hotel.


Paid Luggage Storage Information
From May 21, 2026, paid luggage storage service is available within the hotel.

- Large KRW 5,000 (Width 44 × Height 89 × Depth 55cm)
- Medium KRW 4,000 (Width 44 × Height 57 × Depth 55cm)
- Small KRW 3,000 (Width 44 × Height 24 × Depth 55cm)
※ The basic usage time is 6 hours, and the same fee will be charged for each additional 6-hour period.

Eco Stay Information
As part of its eco-friendly operation policy, Hotel Crescendo Seoul will operate the Eco Stay program for guests staying 2 nights or more from June 1, 2026.
•Even-numbered dates: Eco Stay / Odd-numbered dates: Room cleaning
On Eco Stay dates, staff will not enter the room, and bottled water, towels, and trash bags will be hung on the doorknob. Please place trash in the bag and leave it in front of the room door for collection.
※ Room cleaning is operated based on calendar dates, not the stay schedule. In addition, for hygiene and cleanliness, regular cleaning will be mandatorily conducted on the 7th day of stay.

•Airport shuttle service is not operated.
