- The front desk operates contactlessly from 22:00 to 09:00.
- Guests arriving after 22:00 are kindly requested to contact the front desk in advance.
- If no contact number is provided, check-in information cannot be delivered. Please make sure to contact the property in advance and leave your contact details.

- One vehicle may be parked free of charge. An additional fee of KRW 20,000 applies per extra vehicle.
- For walk-in special rate products, an additional parking fee of KRW 20,000 per night will apply if a vehicle is used.
- If the parking lot is full, double parking may be required. Please note that valet service is not provided for double-parked vehicles.
- The standard occupancy of the property is 2 guests. An additional charge of KRW 30,000 applies per extra guest. (Additional bedding is not included.)
- Check-out is until 11:00. If check-out is extended, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 per hour will apply. For Suite Family Rooms, an additional fee of KRW 15,000 per hour will apply.
