Additional person charges announcement:

- KRW 15,000 for children aged 8 years and older (elementary school age and above)
- KRW 10,000 per child aged 3 to 7 years - Free for children under 36 months (can stay for free with parents)
* Lost Items
- For items lost in the guest room, the procedure involves the guest registering the item for courier service.
- The item will be packaged at the front desk and handed over to the courier.
- We are not responsible for the loss of valuables not entrusted to the front desk. In accordance with hotel regulations, items lost in guest rooms will be disposed of without prior notice after one month.

* Pet Information
- Pets are allowed in Premium rooms and above.
- Dog weight classification criteria
- Small dogs: 12kg or less: 40,000 KRW
- Medium dogs: 13kg to 25kg: 60,000 KRW
- Legally designated dangerous dogs and other highly aggressive breeds are prohibited.
- Due to the nature of the hotel, breeds that shed a lot of hair may not be allowed to stay with guests. - Shiba Inu, Welsh Corgi, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Japanese Spitz
- Golden Retriever, Akita Inu, etc.
- Leaving a dog alone in a guest room without a guardian is prohibited.
- In accordance with the Animal Protection Act, a fixed 1.5m leash must be worn when moving in public areas.
- When using shared facilities, please use a stroller or carrier, or carry your dog at all times.
- Legally designated dangerous dogs and other highly aggressive breeds are prohibited from entering.
