Rooms with 7:00 PM & 10:00 PM Check-In times do not allow consecutive stays.
Customers cannot make multiple reservations with an overnight stay booking per reservation, and take it as a consecutive stay.
Customers who want to stay 2 or more nights should book rooms with 2:00 PM Check-In time.
Customers who booked 7:00 PM & 10:00 PM Check-In time must check out at noon and re-check in at their supposed check-in time.
Reservations that do not follow these policies can be rejected without a refund.


No minors allowed to stay.

Notice: Entry and stay of minors are prohibited.
In accordance with the Juvenile Protection Act and related regulations,
this hotel strictly prohibits the entry and stay of minors.

At check-in, all adults must present a physical or mobile ID for verification.
Photos, copies, or screenshots are not accepted.

Accepted forms of ID: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Mobile ID
(e.g., Government24 Mobile Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License App, PASS Authentication App; others are not accepted).

If a minor is identified, the relevant authorities will be notified immediately.

This policy applies to all guests,
and any disadvantages resulting from violations are the sole responsibility of the guest.


Parking is available only after check-in (no parking allowed before check-in).
Due to parking tower conditions, vehicles that cannot enter the parking tower are not allowed to park. (For SUVs, only older models up to the size of the old Santa Fe are allowed.)
Especially, sports cars, electric vehicles, trucks, large vehicles, and high-end imported cars (such as Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati, etc.) are strictly not allowed to park due to limited space and safety reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding.
If you bring a vehicle that is not allowed to park without checking the parking notice, the responsibility lies with the guest.
Only one vehicle per room is allowed.
