Our hotel is operated unmanned, and 100% ID verification is conducted through a kiosk upon check-in.
Please make sure to bring a valid ID, as guests without an ID may be denied check-in and experience inconvenience.
Please note that same-day reservation cancellations or refunds are not available due to failure to present an ID.


The standard occupancy is 2 guests per room.
Additional charges may apply for extra guests and must be paid on-site.


Amenities and phone chargers are not provided.
If needed, please use the vending machine.


Parking is available inside the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the hotel parking lot is full, guests may use the designated off-site parking lot (Gukdo Parking Lot) , also on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking is free for staying guests, but advance parking registration is required with the guest’s name and vehicle number.


If the hotel parking lot is full, please use the Gukdo Parking Lot.


On weekdays, parking is available in advance on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of check-in time.


The outdoor open-air bath in the Terrace Suite room is not available during the winter season.
