[Hotel Policy]
Cooking is prohibited in all rooms and the entire hotel grounds are operated as a non-smoking area.
A penalty of KRW 300,000 will be charged for smoking on the premises.
If the number of guests exceeds the standard number of guests per room, an additional fee of KRW 30,000 per person will be charged.


[Information on infant and child stay]
Infant 0 to 48 months of age can stay for free.
There is no additional cost if existing bedding in the room is used.
However, if you request additional bedding, a fee of KRW 30,000 will be charged. It is happening.
Children over 48 months are considered adults, and bedding settings may vary by room type. Please check the number of guests that can stay in each room.

If you book 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional fees may apply.


[Information on pet stay]
1. Pets are only allowed in the DaengDaeng 1, DaengDaeng 2, Meomum 1, and Meomum 2 rooms, and are prohibited from entering the gardens and rooms of all rooms except for the pet room.
2. Leashes must be worn outside of the designated rooms, and pet excrement must be cleaned up during the stay.
3. Up to 1 pet can stay for free, and additional costs are applied differently depending on the weight of the pet.
