- The picnic zone is for day use only (no overnight stay). Please note that refunds are not available for mistaken reservations.
- All caravans, glamping, and picnic zones are based on 2 adults.
- Family Caravan (2-person caravan): For 2 people only. No entry for more than 2 people.
- Premium Caravan: For 2 adults and 2 children. If no children, up to 3 adults allowed.
- All caravans and glamping units are equipped with air conditioning.
- Single-story glamping: For 2 adults and 2 children. If no children, up to 4 adults allowed.
- Duplex glamping: Consists of a 1st floor bedroom/kitchen and a 2nd floor loft (nostalgic attic style). Up to 5 adults allowed. If infants/children are present, usage may be restricted due to steep stairs.
- Please confirm with 1588-3266 before booking single-story or duplex glamping.
- Additional fee: Adult 20,000 KRW / Child (over 12 months) 10,000 KRW. No additional guests allowed for Family Caravan.
- On-site payment / Exceeding maximum occupancy is not allowed. Even visitors are counted towards the maximum occupancy (visitors allowed until 10:00 PM only).

- The host is not responsible for any issues arising from not reading the precautions, so please review them before booking.
[Usage Precautions]
- For picnic zone and glamping, please confirm with 1588-3266 before booking single-story or duplex glamping.
- If 4 adults stay in a room for 2 adults + 2 children, the caravan may exceed its weight limit, causing equipment damage and inconvenience for the next guests.
- Do not exceed the standard or maximum occupancy for each room.
- Even brief visitors are included in the maximum occupancy.
- Rooms may sell out early on preferred dates.
- Only registered guests are allowed entry.
- Minors may stay only when accompanied by parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation (except small dogs in the picnic zone).
- Users are responsible for loss or damage to facilities.
- No use of hazardous materials (gunpowder, fireworks, etc.) in or around the rooms and campsite.
- Please refrain from loud noise, singing, or drinking after 10:00 PM for the comfort of other guests.
- Please separate and dispose of trash in designated areas.
- The user is responsible for the loss of valuables.
■ Check-in/Check-out Information
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival (for picnic zone: 11:00 AM ~ 7:00 PM)
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure (strictly enforced)
- If you plan to check in after 8:00 PM, please inform us in advance (check-in deadline: 8:00 PM).

- Individual barbecues are allowed.
- Barbecue grill & charcoal usage fee: 20,000 KRW
- Campfire (fire pit relaxation): Oak firewood (1 bundle), fire pit, gas torch, gloves: 20,000 KRW

- Single-story glamping: Air conditioner installed
- Duplex glamping: Air conditioners installed in both the 1st floor room and 2nd floor loft

- Located inside Wangsan Beach, Yeongjongdo, Incheon, it is accessible within 40 minutes from Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon without traffic jams all year round, making it ideal for family outings.
