All guestrooms at this property are strictly non‑smoking. Guests are responsible for any costs, damages, or liabilities resulting from smoking.
If smoking is detected inside the room or if fire‑, smoke‑, or cigarette‑related odors are caused, a cleaning and recovery fee of KRW 200,000 may be charged to cover room restoration and incident handling costs.
[Check-in Information]
▶ This property operates contactlessly. After issuing your room key at the kiosk on the first floor, you can proceed to your room.
▶ At check-in, you will need to enter the guest name and reservation number. The reservation number will be sent via text message on the day of check-in.

[Parking Information]
▶ Parking location: Use the hotel’s underground parking lot from B1 to B3.
▶ Parking fee: Free parking for one vehicle per room for guests.
▶ Usage guide: After parking, use the A, B, or C building elevators to access the first-floor kiosk and issue your room key. After issuing your room key, you must register your vehicle at the parking desk on the first floor. After registration, free parking is available until 05:00 PM the following day.
▶ Notes: If the parking desk is unattended, please write your information in the logbook in front of the desk for registration.
Parking is managed by the Hallawestern Park building management, not the hotel. Please contact the number provided for inquiries.

[Guest Restrictions]
Minors not accompanied by a parent are not allowed to stay (family relationship certificate required).
Mixed-gender groups of three or more guests are not allowed.
If entry is denied due to a reservation for minors staying together, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
Refunds are not available for the above reasons.
