**[Parking Information]**
- Rooms marked [No Parking] are strictly not eligible for parking.
- Vehicle keys must be left at the front desk.
- Vehicles without physical keys (e.g., SoCar, GreenCar) are not permitted to park.
- Parking is available only after check-in; early parking is not permitted.
- Large vehicles over 1.2 tons, including Solati, Sprinter, Starcraft, and cargo trucks, are not permitted to park.
- Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room.
- Guests planning to arrive by car are advised to confirm parking availability before booking.
- If the parking lot is congested, valet parking assistance will be provided.
- [No Parking Room] Bringing a vehicle during early morning, morning hours, or before check-out after reservation is not permitted. Please contact the front desk for inquiries.
- Electric bicycles and bicycles are not allowed in guest rooms but may be stored in the lobby.
**[Check-in Information]**
- Check-in is available upon presenting your passport and booking voucher at the front desk.
- Please note that check-in may not be possible without a voucher, even if a passport is presented.
- The front desk may request identification upon check-in.
- Check-in time is 16:00 (local time). Early check-in requests are subject to additional charges.
- Please book the total number of nights in a single reservation. If booked separately as 1 night + 1 night, guests must check out at 12:00 and re-check in at 16:00.
- A room deposit starting from KRW 50,000 may be required at check-in, depending on the length of stay, separate from the room rate.
- If any property facilities are damaged or lost by guests, a portion of the deposit may be deducted.
- The deposit can be paid by cash or card; however, cash payment is recommended as card authorization cancellations may take approximately 2 weeks to process.
