1. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Late check-out is charged KRW 10,000 per hour.
2. All rooms are based on 2 guests per room.
Extra guests are charged KRW 10,000 per person.
3. A fee of KRW 10,000 will be charged for lost room keys.
4. For day-use stays, an automatic check-out reminder will be announced 10 minutes before check-out time.
5. Compensation may be requested for damaged or missing items, or stains on bedding/towels caused by hair dye.

6. Due to limited parking space, only 1 vehicle per room is allowed.
Additional vehicles should use the designated external parking lot (Day Nice).
7. Hair straighteners and phone chargers are available for loan at the front desk.
(Please return them upon check-out.)
8. Drinks and ice cream are available for self-service in the 1st-floor lobby.
9. For privacy protection, room cleaning during consecutive stays is provided only upon request at the front desk.
10. Please use the Wi‑Fi network assigned to your room number.
11. To prevent loss, please carry valuables with you when leaving the hotel.
12. For the comfort and safety of others, please keep noise levels low in the corridors.
13. The styler shown in Teuksil Room photos may not be included depending on room assignment.
14. In accordance with the Resource Recycling Act, from March 29, 2024, some properties no longer provide free disposable amenities.
