An additional charge will be applied at the property via cash if the number of guests at check-in (all ages) is more than the number of persons in the booking. Please contact the property directly to confirm the amount.
An extra charge of KRW 60,000 per person will be applied if the number of guests exceeds the reserved number, or additional guests check in without prior agreement with the property.
For consecutive night bookings, cancellations are not allowed for the remaining nights after the first night.
The reception is closed from 02:30 AM to 08:00 AM.
Zipper bags and shower towels are hotel's property and must not be taken under any circumstances (a penalty of KRW 30,000 each will be charged, and there will be a police report in addition to the penalty).
All lost items will be automatically discarded 10 days after the date of stay or room use.
If you wish to extend your stay, additional charges apply based on room type, charged daily: Standard (including special open rates) and Deluxe rooms are 20,000 KRW (30,000 KRW on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and Premium rooms are 30,000 KRW (40,000 KRW on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). This applies if booked in advance for extended stays. If you book for one day and then extend, regular day-use rates will apply.
If not extending, please check out by removing belongings and returning keys, then re-enter at check-in time. Additional charges are discounted cash rates, with pre-discount rates being 25,000 KRW for Standard and Deluxe rooms (35,000 KRW on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and 35,000 KRW for Premium rooms (45,000 KRW on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Extended stays cannot be canceled after check-in. Bathrobes are provided upon request during summer (July-September).
We may not be able to inform you of additional charges for extended stays at check-in.
Please use the key storage box when going out. Lost keys incur a 60,000 KRW fee.
Day-use extensions must be paid in cash at the front desk, not via the app.
