KINSTAY operates with a smart self check-in system. For smooth check-in guidance, please make sure to accurately provide the mobile phone number and email address where you will receive check-in information when making your reservation.

[Hotel Operation Information]
- Customer support center hours: 09:00 AM ~ 09:00 PM
- Customer support center location: 1st floor, Room 114 (next to the 7-Eleven convenience store)
- Front desk location: 3rd floor, Room 322
[Check-in/Check-out]
- Check-in: After 03:00 PM / Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- KINSTAY operates with a smart contactless self check-in system.
- On the day of check-in, the room number and door lock password will be sent to the mobile phone number registered at the time of reservation.
- For smooth guidance, please enter the correct mobile phone number and email address when making your reservation.
- The room card is placed in the key holder inside the room. Please leave it in the room when checking out.
- Additional charges apply for exceeding the standard occupancy.
- Only one child can be added.
- Child policy: Free for children up to 3 years of age / KRW 15,000 per child for ages 4 to 12 years
- Additional adults, extra beds, and extra bedding are not allowed.

[Parking Information]
- Parking location: Building underground parking lot
- Parking fee: One free parking space per room
- To register for parking, please send your room number and vehicle number to the property contact number via text message.
