Please be informed that Busan Haesuland will undergo emergency summer maintenance work for facility repairs and safety improvements from August 24, 2026 (Monday) to August 28, 2026 (Friday).

During this period, the following facilities will be unavailable:

Sauna
Fitness Center
Jjimjilbang

As this is essential maintenance work required for facility operations, we kindly ask for your understanding that it is being carried out to ensure guest safety and to provide better facilities.

Please also note that this information is being communicated in advance through each booking platform, and that Haesuland access at Lamer Hotel is provided as a complimentary benefit for staying guests.

Therefore, please kindly understand that full or partial refunds, free cancellation, or changes to stay dates will not be permitted due to the notified facility restrictions or closure.

Ground parking fee: 15,000 won per night. For vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking tower due to the small parking space (electric vehicles, some SUVs, large vehicles such as Carnival and Starex, and vehicles with disabilities), you must park on the ground.
However, it costs an additional 15,000 won per night, and due to the small space, parking is not possible at all or you have to wait.
Complimentary parking is available from 2:00 PM on the day of check-in until 12:00 PM on the day of check-out only.
