* Rooms assigned to building 104: Parking available in B2 only
- All vehicles under 2.3m in height can be parked.
- If the parking lot is full, you must use a separate external parking lot, and no cost support will be provided.

* EXTRA PERSON CHARGE
- All facilities in the room are tailored to the number of people in the room.
- Additional guests can be accommodated up to the maximum capacity of the room for an extra fee. Once you paid for it, the items listed below will be delivered to your room.

[ REQUIRED CHECKLIST ]
- Guide to 3-Bedroom Family Room, 3-Bedroom Ocean View Family Room, Family Three Room Ocean, in addition to bedroom bedding, 1 bedding set (super single topper + duvet) for 1 person is provided in the Alpha Room, and no additional provision other than those provided is allowed.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.


[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Cleaning services are not included during your stay.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact us at least one day in advance via mobile frontdesk. (paid service)

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
