[Indoor swimming pool usage information]
- Lotte City Hotel Mapo’s indoor swimming pool is a paid facility exclusively for hotel guests.
- Usage fee: Adults 20,000 won/day Children 10,000 won/day
- Operating hours: 08:00 ~ 22:00 (maintenance hours 12:00 ~ 13:00)
- Large tubes and water play equipment other than child safety tubes and life jackets are prohibited.
- You must wear a swimsuit and a swimming cap (swimming caps are limited to indoor swimming caps, not caps. If not worn, you cannot use the swimming pool)
- No food allowed in the swimming pool.
※ Please note that the swimming pool is expected to be crowded on weekends and public holidays.
※ To ensure comfortable and safe operation, entry may be restricted if the number of people exceeds the appropriate number.

Due to the card payment issue, please write the same name on the reservation name and the real guest name. Check-in is not possible if the reservation name and the real guest name do not match at the time of check-in. For more information, please contact Agoda Customer Center (02-6022-2445).
Guests may be asked to present identification at check-in to verify their reservation details. If they refuse to present ID, or provide false, forged, altered, or someone else’s identification, their stay may be denied.

• Free for guests (bring your own gym clothes and sneakers)

Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided to help reduce the use of disposable products as part of the ‘Re:think’ campaign. (Effective as of April 15, 2022)
